Rissa has worked in the realm of healthcare case management for 9 years. She started out at UnitedHealthcare Global as a Global Support Emergency Specialist, where she monitored and arranged emergency medical care for patients all over the world. After that she moved on to managing workers’ compensation claims, and then to managing cases of employees going through employer mandated substance abuse programs. Rissa lives with her husband, two cats, and two dogs, and she is passionate about helping both people and animals. Rissa is currently working towards her Associates degree in Business Management at the Community College of Baltimore County.Interested in an appointment?
